There have been a number of players for the NZ Aotearoa All Blacks rugby team through the years. One of these people is Robin Brooke who played the position of lock throughout his Aotearoa New Zealand rugby career.
The youngest of three brothers Robin Brooke played for his home region of Auckland for 14 years, and also for the All Blacks for 7. Playing as a lock, his strength in scrummaging, in addition to other forward aspects made certain he was crucial to his rugby ream.
New World Warkworth is owned by Robin Brooke New World, and the shop supports numerous neighborhood causes. A number of local communities the supermarket has supported include the Mahurangi Rugby Club and Warkworth Primary School. Mahurangi College also received several Robin Brook Mahurangi donations, with a total of the year at $2783 generously donated as of the 4th of April, 2012.
The renowned NZ All Black also has a road named after him. Robin Brooke Drive is found in the suburb of Flat Bush. The neighbourhood the drive is found in uses a sports concept for the road titles. As well as Robin Brooke Drive, additional street names named after well-known All Blacks/Auckland Blues athletes include Eroni Clarke Close and Michael Jones Drive.
